Bitcoin Golden Cross 2023: Micheal van de Poppe Predicts BTC Price to Surge 100% – Here is the Timeline

Bitcoin price is constantly trying to jump past the crucial renaissance very close to $17,000 but faces major turbulence if it breaks through $16,900.

Meanwhile, altcoins are also facing a lot of heat as the bearish cartel has cemented its roots for the moment. Also, the speculation of the peak of the bear market in the crypto space is floating.

A well-known analyst, Micheal van de Poppe, believes that the Bitcoin bear market is about to end as the Bitcoin price is on the verge of igniting a “Golden Cross”.

In a recent video update, the analyst says the event will start in June and could be extended to December, where BTC price could surge to $37,000 levels.

“The actual move happens before the actual cross happens, so we’re essentially at or near rock bottom and the Golden Cross that’s happening here will most likely happen June through December.”

Furthermore, the analyst believes that the BTC price could repeat 2018-19 as the markets have fallen sharply at the moment. As such, markets could be approaching levels where they may see some relief.

However, he goes on to say that on the weekly timeframe, BTC price needs to hold the crucial levels around $12,326 to maintain any strength within the rally. Conversely, if BTC price surges above $18,000, it can surge above $20,000.

To do this, BTC price must surpass the crucial $17,500 on the lower timeframe and $18,600 on the higher timeframe. This could trigger the further upleg towards the next targets beyond $21,000.

“Once we flip $18.6k and even a lower time frame of $17.5k, these are the first arguments for continuation towards the upper limits and then we will review a potential drop or initially run to $21.21k, May 23 $.5,000 and $29,000 and possibly even $38 at K, which is two and a half X from here.”
