By Tom Zanki (Oct 8, 2021 6:59 p.m. EDT) – Venture-backed personal finance website NerdWallet Inc. filed an IPO on Friday, tentatively valued at $ 100 million, represented by Cooley LLP and Underwriters Counsel Latham & Watkins LLP, which is joining a busy fall IPO pipeline.
The San Francisco-based NerdWallet did not disclose how many shares it intends to sell or in what price range, figures that are usually released during the course of the IPO process. The company could raise well over $ 100 million, a wildcard number used to calculate fees. NerdWallet could go public in early November based on a typical IPO schedule.
