Billie Eilish calls celebrities who have had plastic surgery but claim they haven’t.
In a recent interview with The Guardian, the 19-year-old singer brought up the lyrics to her latest song, OverHeated, which questions those who have gone under the knife.
“All these other lifeless B – s / It’s none of my business / But aren’t you tired of it / Posin ‘for pictures with this plastic body? Man,” read the text.

According to Eilish, the song was aimed at people who perpetuate “unattainable” standards of beauty.
“It’s perfectly fine to get work done – do this, do that, do what makes you happy. It’s only when you deny it and say, ‘Oh, I did it all on my own, and if you just try harder, you might get it.’ It literally makes me angry, ”she explained. “It’s so bad for young women – and boys too – to see it.”
The Grammy-winning singer admitted that in the past she had compared her looks to other women on social media who had undergone plastic surgery.

“I see people online who look like I’ve never seen them before,” she continued. “And immediately I think, oh my god, how do they look like? I know the ins and outs of this industry and what people actually use on photos and I actually know what looks real can be fake. But I still see it and go, oh god, that makes me feel really bad. “

Eilish said that although she is “very confident” in person and “happy” with her life, she is unhappy with her body. The singer said standing in public didn’t help to improve her physical feeling.

“I have such a terrible relationship with my body,” she said. “As if you don’t believe it, so I just have to distance myself … Then you get a paparazzi picture taken when you walked to the door and just got dressed and didn’t know the picture was being taken and you just look like you look and everyone says ‘fat!’ “
The story goes on

The “Bad Guy” singer added that society’s fascination with the body was a priori unjustified.
“We only need corpses to eat, walk around and poop,” she said. “We only need them to survive. It is ridiculous that anyone should care about bodies at all. Why? Why do we care? Do you know when you really think about it? “
