EAU CLAIRE, Wisconsin (WEAU) — The Wisconsin Sports Show is back after a two-year hiatus.
The sports show begins Friday and runs through Sunday at the Chippewa Valley Expo Center in Eau Claire.
There are more than 160 booths, 20,000 square feet of outdoor gear and more than $2,000 in prizes up for grabs. The sports show runs until 8:00 p.m. on Friday evenings. Then Saturday is open again from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
“We have at least five vendors here this year who have just opened their stores, so you won’t find them in any store or retailer in the area. They’re primarily online only, so this is the only place they can get their products and be introduced to them, and a lot of them have show specials that you can’t even get in person,” said Lisa Gil, event promoter.
Anyone under the age of 11 has free entry.
