The Sport Integrity Global Alliance (SIGA) has announced that registration is now open for its 2023 Summit on Female Leadership in Sport, taking place on March 7th. The event will be held in a hybrid format – both in person and online.
New York is the venue for the SIGA summit
In-person tickets for the summit, to be held at the Mastercard Technology Hub in New York, are available through February 10 at an early bird price of $295. Online passes are free, with the option to make a donation.
All donations are invested in the SIGA Women program, a global mentoring program for aspiring women leaders in sports.
SIGA is a non-profit organization that works with stakeholders from across the sporting world to ensure integrity and good governance in the industry. AS is a proud media partner of the institution founded in 2017.
The event “will bring together over 100 global sporting leaders”.
“Celebrating International Women’s Day, the Summit on Female Leadership in Sport will feature live panels, keynote speeches and one-on-one interviews with high-profile industry leaders,” SIGA said in a press release on Thursday.
The organization added: “This international event dedicated to promoting gender equity and women’s leadership in sport will bring together over 100 global leaders and leaders from every sector of the industry: sports organizations, governments, international organizations, sponsors, civil society, academia, and media.
“During an action-packed day, delegates will engage in meaningful debates on the most pressing challenges affecting women in the sports industry, both those just beginning their careers and those at the forefront of the profession.
