The supporting cast of the Muppets with live actors has a well-established tradition. While we have a wealth of gems in the Muppets filmography (Muppet’s Christmas Carol is top-notch Christmas entertainment), fans still dream of classic literature and movies being remade with Muppet and human actors.

Did you know there is a Muppets Great Gatsby script? Now you do. The Great Gatsby is one of many classic tales in which fans have cast Kermit the Frog and his gang in their dreams.

Tahj Mowry, Lilly Singh, Saara Choudry and Anders Holm are the newest human co-stars for the popular dolls. They play alongside Animal, Lips, Floyd Pepper, Janice, Zoot and Dr. Teeth in The Muppets Mayhem streaming now on Disney+. When Mowry came to the TV Insider office to chat about the series, we saw it as the perfect opportunity to get the Smart Guy alum to create his own Muppet dream casts.
