Will Smith attracted attention when he confessed that he has an open relationship with his wife Jada Pinkettto whom he has been married since 1997. As if that wasn’t enough, the actor also delved into his desires and fantasies with other women.
In a revealing interview with GQ magazine, the The Pursuit of Happyness, Bad Boys and Hitch star said he dreams of dating the actress Hall Berry and dancer Misty Copeland.
“I don’t know where I saw it as a teenager, but the idea of traveling with it 20 Women I’ve Loved and that I cared about all of this, I thought it was a really wonderful idea,” he said, mentioning his idea of dating several women, including the acclaimed actress.
“It doesn’t make me a bad person to be married and to think Hall is beautifulhe explained, adding, “With my Christian upbringing, even thoughts were sins.”
Smith and Jada had an open relationship
In his autobiography Will, the actor tells of a marital crisis he had about ten years ago. “Our marriage didn’t work out. We couldn’t pretend any longer. We were both miserable and obviously something had to change,” he elaborates in the book.
He added that together they gave each other the freedom and trust they needed, adding that he didn’t recommend monogamy to anyone. “The experiences and freedoms “We gave to each other and the unconditional support for me is the highest definition of love,” he said of their open marriage.
The Oscar nominee also mentioned that he and his wife Jada were seeking other sexual partners in order to have a more open marriage relationship. “I was completely open to what I think was a fresh taste of the fruits of human experience,” said the actor.
