The Games is a new ITV sports competition show that sees 12 celebrities compete in a series of sporting events across a week of live programming.
Each of the famous faces has undergone weeks of intense training to prepare them for a range of highly competitive sporting challenges.
They have all been pulled out of their comfort zones to be trained as athletes, swimmers and cyclists as they hope to get to the top of the medal table and win the competition.
The show will be hosted live by TV star Holly Willoughby and former cricketer Freddie Flintoff, while former professional footballer Alex Scott will serve as a trackside reporter and ex-football star Chris Kamara will act as commentator.

When are the games held?
The games will be broadcast on ITV and the ITV Hub every night at 9pm from Monday 9 May to Friday 13 May.

Six male and six female celebrities will compete in 10 events in the track and field arena, swimming pool, gym and velodrome.
Each participant will put their athletic skills to the test in a range of intense sports, from the 100-meter sprint to jumping, while trying to earn points on the medal table.
In addition to live coverage of the events, each episode gives us a glimpse of the celebrities’ grueling preparation and training by some of the UK’s finest trainers as they aim to achieve their best physical condition.
As the leaderboard builds throughout the week, the series will conclude with an ultimate final showdown where a male and female champion will be crowned.

Who hosts the games?
The live sporting events will be hosted by This Morning presenter Holly Willoughby and A League of Their Own panelist Freddie Flintoff.
Ex-footballer and sports pundit Alex Scott will be reporting from the sidelines, while ex-professional footballer Chris Kamara will join Simon Brotherton in the commentary box.
Speaking about the show, Holly revealed: “I love live television. It’s my favorite thing to do and no other TV I’ve made just doesn’t have the excitement of watching events. I’m not a naturalist, but I remember watching the Olympics with the kids and really getting into it.
“Sports can be a little intimidating and scary for someone who doesn’t really know anything about it, but I think this show will be great fun for the whole family!”
