The Silver Screen Bottling Company, known for bottling, licensing and distributing whiskeys to celebrities and entertainment venues, is expanding its business through an acquisition.

On Wednesday, the famed whiskey producer announced that it has acquired Coastal Pure Beverages, a company based in North Charleston, South Carolina.

Silver Screen said in a press release that the acquisition “additionally gives the company the ability to oversee every phase of creation and bottling, from developing innovative recipes to packaging the award-winning spirits in distinctive, eye-catching bottle designs.”

“Silver Screen’s acquisition of the N. Charleston facility will propel the growth of its product base,” said Silver Screen Bottling Company in a press release. “It will pave the way for more creativity and experimentation in its spirits lines and propel the company’s evolution from its beginnings in 2019 as an idea generator and licensor to a national, fully operational, multi-vertical spirits brand.”

Coastal Pure operates five bottling lines, including a high-speed line capable of handling bottle sizes from 50 milliliters to 1.75 liters.
