The seven bedroom, 14 bathroom waterfront home is part of Indian Creek, an ultra-luxurious, super-exclusive private island known as the “Billionaire Bunker.” Celebrity neighbors include NFL GOAT Tom Brady, former first daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner, and Spanish singer Julio Iglesias, one of the most successful and popular singers of his time.
Indian Creek or Indian Creek Island is a 300-acre island in Biscayne Bay with about 30 homes and a country club and golf course.
On May 27, David Chen went on a “curio paddling trip” in nearby Oleta River State Park and posted his kayaking adventure on Facebook. His photos and video clips give an exclusive insight into one of the most famous neighborhoods in the world. He “paddled past Beer Can Island (Sandspur Island) and Kayaking Cove Island before crossing the busy boat channel into Indian Creek,” he said in his post.

Where is Indian Creek Village in Florida?
Indian Creek Island is a 300-acre island in Biscayne Bay. 91st Street connects it to the “mainland”. In addition to the villas there, residents have access to the Indian Creek Country Club. The area has its own law enforcement agency, the Indian Creek Village Police Department.
“Security across the island appears to be tight,” Chen said in his social media post. “As I was paddling around it, a police boat passed twice.”

Tom Brady announced his retirement near Indian Creek
In a selfie video, Tom Brady, football’s GOAT, announced his (second) retirement from the NFL on a beach in Surfside, north Miami, near Indian Creek Village. The location of the retirement announcement became a hot topic when someone collected sand from the beach where Brady was filming his selfie video, placed it in a mason jar, and then auctioned it off. The owner started the bid at $677 to recognize the total number of passing and rushing touchdowns Brady had in his 23-year career.

A story in Forbes shows Douglas Elliman being listed by Dina Goldentayer and Danilo Tavares. “If this house were sold on demand, it would break the record for the most expensive sale at Billionaire’s Bunker. The current neighborhood record is for a house that later sold for $50 million in 2019,” the story reads.
Which celebrities live in Indian Creek or Billionaire’s Bunker?
A former First Daughter of the United States calls Indian Creek home. According to Business Insider, Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner paid $32 million for a vacant waterfront lot on the island from singer Julio Iglesias, Enrique Iglesias’ father.
According to David Chen, billionaire Norman Braman, an American car dealer and former Philadelphia Eagles owner, owns a home there. Other notable residents include Don Shula and Carl Icahn, he added.
Adriana Lima, a Brazilian supermodel and former Victoria’s Secret Angel like Gisele Bundchen, previously resided in Indian Creek. According to news reports, Lima has sold her Florida mansion for $40 million.
