Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, more best-dressed stars

Happy Grammy Awards night, aka the occasion that gave us Jennifer Lopez in her tropical deep blue Versace 24 years ago.

Before marching into Los Angeles' Crypto.com Arena for music's biggest night on Sunday night, stars and artists walked the red carpet — amid a rare hurricane warning — with the confidence many of them possess when performing on a stadium stage.

Many wore metallic clothing – like Dua Lipa, Miley Cyrus, Chloe Bailey and Jon Batiste. Taylor Swift swapped Kansas City red for a cream Schiaparelli dress. Olivia Rodrigo also chose a dress in the timeless color, which has an old Hollywood flair.

Surprisingly for a Grammy carpet, many attendees decided to play it safe, but a select few weren't afraid to be bold. Without further ado, here are the ensembles that topped our style charts (in no particular order).

Who won at the Grammys? Here's a full list of winners, including Billie Eilish and Killer Mike

Taylor Swift

Taylor Swift in a “Love Story” way.

Well, someone scored a fashionable touchdown.

We're guessing that Arrowhead Stadium, or at least one Kansas City chief, is really into Taylor Swift's Schiaparelli corset dress. The “Reputation” singer paired the design, which featured a thigh slit, with black gloves and statement necklaces. She wore her hair in loose waves and thin braids.

Janelle Monae

Janelle Monáe, it's our pleasure.

Janelle Monáe looked like a work of art in the custom Giorgi Armani Prive dress with a bustier bodice and plunging neckline.

When asked about her dazzling, daring sequin ensemble on E!'s “Live from the Red Carpet”! Janelle Monáe told Laverne Cox she felt “classic, timeless, futuristic, everything comfortable.” The singer added that she was “in black pride… and in a state of joy,” referencing her album released last June “The Age of Pleasure”.

Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus looked stylish

Miley Cyrus wowed with the performance outfit she donned for the show. (She arrived in a gold metallic ensemble that left little to the imagination.) As she took the stage, Cyrus shimmered in a dress embellished with crystals and jewel-toned stones.

Olivia Rodrigo

This is one way to “get him back”!

Olivia Rodrigo appeared in an elegant ivory dress embellished with crystals. Rodrigo, like others on our list, sports a retro or archival look. Hers is Versace from 1995. Reminiscent of old Hollywood, Rodrigo wore her hair in soft waves with a bold red glossy lip.

Hello Leray

Far from acting coy, rapper/singer Coi Leray showed exactly why with “Girls Is Players Too.”

Designed by YSL, the black archival bodysuit highlighted her legs and gave her a seductive, edgy look. Leray paired the sexy look with a fluffy lime jacket, balancing out the all-black ensemble.

Jon Batiste

This look goes platinum.

Sometimes what glitters is silver.

Jon Batiste, who previously won album of the year for “We Are,” walked the carpet in a nickel-colored jacket paired with matching pants, which he wore under a pleated skirt. A new take on a man's formal wear is always music to our ears.

Dua Lipa

Keep it simple

Dua Lipa is a pop star but has turned to heavy metal when it comes to her fashion looks.

The “Dance the Night” artist dazzled in a floor-length metallic Courrèges dress with cutouts at the hips. To complete the look, Lipa accessorized the look with a water-themed necklace and bracelet from Tiffany & Co., which made her outfit stand out even more.

Coco Jones

Coco Jones, sit on your throne as queen

Coco Jones, one of the night's nominees for best new artist, looked like a million dollars – or whatever Uncle Phil's credit limit is.

Jones, who plays Hilary Banks in Peacock's drama Bel-Air, highlighted her hourglass figure in a bodycon dress by Celia Kritharioti. She accented the sparkly aqua dress with a delicate body chain.

Alessandra ambrosio

Alessandra Ambrosio, a model for the What to Wear list.

Celebrating Alessandra Ambrosio for some fun on the carpet!

The model's cozy silver mermaid dress, designed by Avellano, featured plenty of fabric that grew at the bottom and spilled onto the red carpet. The simple yet striking silhouette was as unexpected as it was refreshing, at least on this year's Grammys red carpet.
