For fans familiar with K-Content, Tarzan is a familiar face. He is often known by his nickname while his real name is Jun. One of the fitness stars many recognized on Physical 100 was Shim Eu-ddeum. The bubbly and pink-haired contestant has a huge following on Youtube. Even BBulkup recognized her immediately. Her Youtube channel euddeume has over 1.2 million followers and her Instagram channel @euddeume_ has over 500,000.
She is dedicated to showcasing a healthy and active lifestyle through home exercise, Pilates and powerlifting. Do not be fooled. Shim has the power to lift hundreds of pounds with one clean deadlift. Her YouTube videos target different areas of the body such as spinal support exercises, quad muscles, lower body workouts and a good nutrition plan. Shim also has some other fun guest athlete videos and vlogs.
Her Instagram also tags her nutritional supplement company, VivLiv. Shim is 32 years old.
“Physical 100” Kim Kang-mi is a bodybuilding fitness star alongside his wife

“Physical 100” Choo Sung-hoon is a notorious MMA fighter and fitness star
Not surprisingly, Physical 100 attendees were shocked and impressed when Choo Sung-hoon entered the room. Many felt the change of air upon his arrival as he is one of Korea’s famous sports stars as an MMA fighter. As for the Survival Series, he explained: “I’m in ONE championship. I’m an MMA fighter, Choo Sung-Hoon. I started judo when I was three or four years old and trained until I was 30. After that I did MMA for 17 years.”
But Choo’s birth name is Yoshihiro Akiyama, and he hails from Osaka, Japan, with his great-grandfather from Jeju Island. Choo’s career is impressive. He is trained in judo, karate, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling and submission wrestling. He won gold at the Asian Judo Championships in 2001 and at the Asian Games in 2002. The 47-year-old is still in his prime and can compete with the best.

Dressed in the iconic Versace print and embellished with diamonds, Bbulkup was recognized by most of the contestants. The Physical 100 participant is a fitness star who made his name as a bodybuilder before switching careers and becoming an influencer. Fans may notice that his former muscular physique is drastically different from his leaner physique. He has over 360,000 followers on his YouTube channel bbulkup.
His channel is not necessarily based on fitness but on living the good life. As he was once a respected bodybuilder, he is still considered a fitness celebrity.
