Congratulations To Trading-U on #1 Selling Book
Congratulations to the team at Trading-U.com on the success of their book Mastering the Currency Market, which has made it to the #1 spot on Amazon Kindle! And thank you so much Forexfactory.com and Twitter readers who have always been so supportive of us!
The Amazon Kindle — electronic — rankings are actually more coveted by authors of professional books than hard cover sales, as often times companies which employ authors will regularly buy up hard cover copies in bulk for promotional use, skewing the rankings in favor of their employee/authors. That dynamic is not present in the Kindle rankings with buyers assumed to be individuals showing real demand.
The rankings are fleeting though, with books jostling up and down with each purchase. Mastering the Currency Market looks to be in a positon to hold its own though as it is the assigned text book for Trading-U’s intermediate level course Trading 101 scheduled for release on July 1.
A second book by the team is in the works scheduled for release in the Spring of 2011 with McGraw-Hill set as the publishing agent.
As Trading-U’s Head Trader Al Gaskill has said so many times: “It is a labor of love”.
