It Takes Courage

As in any enterprise, it takes men and women of thoughtfulness and intelligence to have a vision and present it in a way other people can see it. And it takes another layer of skilled individuals that can draw up the correct plans so that they can be followed by others, which leads to the creation of the vision. But these two very important groups are nowhere without the individuals with the courage to execute those plans.
It is the same in any business or endeavor. More so for trading, because the individual trader must possess the qualities of all three: the visionary, the planner, and the doer. And that takes a rare combination of skills and courage, particularly when it comes to the doing.
