While #WillSmith apologized to #AuntViv, #MoNique wondered where her public apology from #TylerPerry was. In an Instagram post, Mo’Nique congratulated Will on apologizing to #JanetHubert after explaining that she was difficult to work with.
She also called on Perry not to publicly support her. “Mo ‘Nique wrote,” Hats off to Will Smith for apologizing for what he did to Janet Hubert’s (everyone’s Aunt Viv) career / life when he was young. Perhaps Tyler Perry, who privately admitted that he was wrong, follows suit and is man enough to apologize publicly as he promised. “The actress continued,” We’ll be working on Oprah & Lions Gate a little later. ” She added, “PS Tyler, you won E! PEOPLES CHOICE AWARD as champion of the peoples for your work. Tell the truth about a woman named Mo’Nique who did nothing wrong and who is an advocate for the people who have supported your career for years … THE BLACK WOMEN “
Mo ‘Nique then proceeded to share an alleged phone call between the two. In conversation, you can hear someone who appears to be Tyler Perry say, “I feel you. I feel the sadness coming from you in all of this and I don’t want you to feel so funny especially from me. “
The person then went on to say that he thought Mo’Nique was “brilliantly talented” and that she should have had a lot more success after winning an Oscar for her role in the movie “Precious”.
As you will recall, in 2019 Mo’Nique claimed that Oprah and Lee Daniels were the reason she was banned from the industry because she refused to promote the film without getting paid for it. She also stated that Tyler Perry did not publicly support her, despite claiming he privately told her that she was not wrong.
Roommate what do you think of that
