After a solid breakout in October, Bitcoin price has fluctuated between $34.5k and $35k over the past week. The initial bullish momentum faded on Monday as Bitcoin faced resistance around $36,000. Nevertheless, Bitcoin trading volume increased, which coincided with significant volatility in the altcoin market. It is worth noting that Bitcoin plays a pivotal role as a source of liquidity in the altcoin market.
$BTC Highest weekly close since May 2022 📈
The bulls are still in full control, but I currently expect a retest of the 31-32,000 S/R level in the near term.
Around mid-November, #Bitcoin could retest and then bounce back and possibly test the 38/39k resistance level. #Crypto #BTC pic.twitter.com/uzgRfZP96h

Crypto analyst Captain Faibik identified a head and shoulders (H&S) reversal pattern last week, accompanied by a bearish daily Relative Strength Index (RSI). He predicts that Bitcoin price is likely to retest the support/resistance zone in the $31,000-$32,000 range by the end of November. However, he emphasized that Bitcoin bulls remain in control, especially after the recent daily golden cross between the 50 and 200 moving averages (MA).
As a result, the analyst has set a short-term Bitcoin price target of $38,000 to $39,000, which coincides with notable resistance levels. Ultimately, he believes Bitcoin’s year-to-date recovery rally could reach $52,000 before a parabolic rally, potentially triggered by next year’s halving.
The analyst drew parallels between the current Bitcoin price movement and the 2020 cycle, which ultimately led to a parabolic rally the following year. Notably, Bitcoin price retested the support/resistance level around $10,000 after recovering from the Black Thursday crash before rising to an all-time high.
