Robert J. Elbin, director of the Office for Sport Concussion Research, will present with the Neuroscience Organization on advances in the clinical treatment of sports-related concussions. Join NSO for this informative talk and free cake!
Elbin is an associate professor of exercise science and director of the Office of Sports Concussion Research at the University of Arkansas. Elbin’s research focuses on examining the neurocognitive, physical and psychosocial effects of sports-related concussions in adolescents and adolescents, identifying factors that influence risk and recovery from sports-related concussions, and documenting best practices for clinical assessment, treatment and management of concussions.
This event is supported by the Student Activities Fee as an Associated Student Government sponsored event and is free to all currently enrolled University of Arkansas, Fayetteville students who pay the Student Activities Fee.
