While some of the feedback started with jokes, some of the men really seemed to open up and share some decent advice.

From highlighting how important it is to be your own person, to spilling tea about how aware they are about the consequences surrounding their indiscretions.

Scroll on and let us know your thoughts, and be sure to keep the advice going in the comments, fellas!!

Believe our actions the first time, and don’t make excuses for it. If he shows you he ain’t shit once, believe it. If he consistently shows up for you, believe that.

Also, don’t lose yourself in the relationship. You are still an individual, and should have goals and dreams that are not contingent on or subject to your relationship. You can have both. Remember the same applies for him too.

I hate to say it but ladies, a man has to like you a little bit more than you like him in order for the relationship to work. Also, if he wanted to, he would have. If he wants to, he will. pic.twitter.com/zoKmcL9gNF

If a dude’s energy changes and he isn’t as attentive & caring, please be the Queen that you are and move on. You don’t have time for niggas to be inconsistent. Don’t give him the benefit of doubt either, someone (another female) is the reason he’s changing 90% of the time.

find a man who IS the man you want.
not CAN BE.

stop breaking your back trying to change us.
we change when it’s our time.

half the time yall break your back and then another woman reaps benefit.

that is not your fault.

just what you should not have to go through.

find IS.
