St Patrick’s Athletic recorded another famous FAI Cup win this evening after a 3-1 victory over Dublin rivals Bohemians.
Tommy Lonergan’s goal sealed a 3-1 win over Bohemians at the Aviva Stadium in front of a record crowd of almost 44,000.
It is St Pat’s’ second cup win in three years, having beaten the same opponents on penalties in 2021.

Chelsea’s Cole Palmer scored an injury-time equalizer against his former club in a thrilling 4-4 draw with Manchester City in the Premier League.
City lead the table by one point, ahead of second-placed Liverpool, who beat Brentford 3-0 at home.

The line-up for the semi-finals of the Ulster Club Football Championship has been finalised.
Reigning champions Glen of Derry are through to the last four after defeating Cargin of Antrim 0-11 to 0-7.
They play Naomh Conaill after the Donegal champions recorded a come-from-behind win against Gowna of Cavan 2-8 to 1-10
Scotstown prevailed 0-12 to 1-8 in a nervy encounter with Kilcoo.
Rory Beggan scored a final free-kick in the fifth minute of stoppage time to book his place against Trillick in the next round.
In Connacht, St Brigids of Roscommon defeated Sligo’s Coolera-Strandhill 0-13 to 1-3 to book their place in the final four.
Cork’s Castlehaven and Clonmel Commercials of Tipperary are in the Munster Football semi-finals.
Castlehaven needed extra time to beat Clares Cratloe 1-12 to 0-11, while Clonmel beat Newcastle West 2-7 to 0-6.
In hurling, the Leinster club’s semi-final line-up is complete.
Offaly’s Kilcormac Killoughey will play Kilkenny champions O’Loughlin Gaels this afternoon following their wins over Naomh Eanna and Mount Leinster Rangers respectively this afternoon.
In the other final four meetings, Naas, who beat Camross today, will take on Dublin’s Ratharney conquerors Na Fianna.
These games will be played in two weeks.

Tom McKibbin shot a final round of 74, two over par, at the Nedbank Golf Challenge in South Africa today.
The man from Northern Ireland was in 33rd place in all rounds with one defeat and one draw.
American Max Homa leads with a lead of 17 under par.
