Ross County forward Jordan White says losing two goals in quick succession to St Johnstone was the “most disappointing” aspect of their loss.
County took the lead at Dingwall through White – his fourth league goal of the season – but Malky Mackay’s side equalized for Perthshire Saints and took the lead within two minutes through goals from Ali Crawford.
“It’s something we talk about a lot – if we concede one make sure you don’t concede quickly,” White told ` Scotland. “It’s something, especially when we’re playing The Old Firm, that we get excited about and can’t let you get away from it, and it’s disappointing that that happened today.
“I think it was the five weeks off. Obviously we were there most of the time but didn’t play, maybe a bit of sloppiness in the team but we’re going to live and we’re going to learn and keep going.”
