Sheffield Wednesday 3-3 Portsmouth – ` Sport

Fisayo Dele-Bashiru scored twice for Sheffield Wednesday in a thrilling 3-3 draw with Portsmouth in the Premier League.

Marvin Johnson also scored for the hosts, while Pompey’s goals came from Connor Ogilvie, Michael Jacobs and Colby Bishop.

On Wednesday, forward Lee Gregory was shown a red card late in the second half, who scored five of the six goals.

The hosts took the lead in the eighth minute when Josh Windass drilled the ball over and Johnson got the shot just right.

Ogilvie equalized with a header from Marlon Pack’s delivery five minutes into the second half.

Wednesday soon regained the lead as Dele-Bashiru (53′) beat Josh Griffiths with a well-placed shot from outside the box.

It was 2-2 in the 57th minute when Jacobs got the finishing touches after Joe Pigott’s cross was headed in by Bishop and Wednesday goalkeeper David Stockdale pushed the ball over the bar.

A third headed goal for Pompey came when Bishop (64′) found the net from Pigott’s cross and gave them the lead.

However, Dele-Bashiru equalized with another superb strike nine minutes from time before Gregory was sent off after a second yellow card in added time.
