Science in Sport PLC said Wednesday that 2022 performance was broadly in line with expectations despite a challenging economic and supply chain environment.
The London-listed nutrition company said full-year sales rose to £63.5 million ($76.9 million), compared with £62.7 million in 2021.
Performance was supported by stronger margin development in the second half of the year, driven by logistic efficiencies achieved by the new Blackburn manufacturing and logistics center and cost savings measures across the business.
Looking ahead, the Board is confident about the outlook for 2023 due to improved margins, price increases and positive retail trends across all regions.
