Tom Botha has made 74 Ospreys appearances, scoring one try
Stricter Tom Botha has signed a two-year contract extension to stay with Ospreys through 2024.
The 31-year-old joined the Welsh region in 2018 after playing for the Cheetahs in his native South Africa and France.
“I know I’ve improved as a player, but you can always do more and improve to become a better player,” Botha said.
“Having a player like Tomas Francis, a senior Wales international, has been great and has kept me on my toes and pushed me to get better.”
Botha added, “I’ve been with the Ospreys for four years and really like where we’ve gone since then [head coach] Tobi [Booth] arrived here.
“We’ve really improved as a squad and that’s just the beginning of the program he’s put in place here.
“The Ospreys are my second home now and the boys have been really good to me.”
