Céline Guès manages the sporting and regulatory elements of M-Sport’s World Rally Team on a daily basis. From filling out the registration forms, to making sure everything conforms to the code, to getting the cars off the finish ramp, Céline controls everything.
Céline started her rally career in 2006 and is one of the most experienced members of our team. Initially working in customer/competitor relations, she expanded her skills to include team logistics and travel management and finally sports regulations, working for manufacturers such as Renault, Hyundai and Citroën.
Céline achieves her dream job when she takes on the role of Sports Coordinator at M-Sport, working on everything related to what happens at a rally. Acting as an intermediary between other teams, the FIA and the WRC promoter, Céline helps advise on itineraries, logistics and event regulations. She prepares schedules for the team ahead of an event, oversees rally reconnaissance and assists with service park management.
