“I’m looking forward to racing with Kaulig Racing and HendrickCars.com in the Xfinity Series at Darlington Raceway in a few weeks,” said Larson. “Darlington is a challenging track and it’s high on my list of places I’m dying to win. The Kaulig Xfinity cars have been very quick again this year so I’m grateful for the opportunity to double up and hopefully we have a good chance of winning.”
Larson currently has 13 Xfinity Series wins in his career, including his most recent at New York’s Watkins Glen International last August.
“Kyle (Larson) is really great for our sport at the moment and we are excited to have him join our program at Kaulig Racing,” said Kaulig Racing President Chris Rice. “Building our relationship with Hendrick Motorsports and having HendrickCars.com on board is great for us and fun for all involved. We look forward to expanding our all-star driver lineup and having him in the car at Darlington.”
“Our NASCAR partnerships have played an important role in building HendrickCars.com into a national brand,” said Greg Gach, president of the Charlotte-based Hendrick Automotive Group. “Kyle Larson is a champion and we are delighted to have him partner with Kaulig Racing for the Xfinity Series race at Darlington. Together with Chevrolet, we think it’s a winning combination.”
