ACC Network (ACCN), the 24/7 national platform for ACC sports, will present a comprehensive Fall 2022 sports schedule featuring over 70 field hockey, men’s and women’s soccer and volleyball games on ACCN as part of ESPN’s coverage -Networks includes. In addition, ACC Network Extra (ACCNX), the network’s digital arm available through the ESPN app, will broadcast more than 400 ACC events.
The list of regular season games on ACCN includes:
- 25 women’s football games
- 21 volleyball games
- 18 men’s soccer games
- 10 field hockey games
It starts on Thursday, August 25, with a football doubleheader for men and women. The reigning NCAA champion and Florida State’s No. 1 preseason women host Auburn at 6:00 p.m. ET, followed by UCF at No. 15 Wake Forest at 8:00 p.m. to kick off football coverage on ACCN.
Field hockey on ACCN begins Sunday, August 28 with a doubleheader from Wake Forest where Wake Forest hosts Michigan at 1:30 p.m. and North Carolina meets Iowa at 4 p.m. during ACCN’s volleyball coverage on Sunday , September 4, 2021 national begins semifinalist Louisville hosts Ohio State at 2 p.m
The best of Sunday
For the Fall 2022 season, ACCN will present field hockey, women’s soccer and volleyball matchups for nine consecutive Sundays beginning Sunday, August 28. The best of Sunday on ACCN will showcase the incredible ACC women’s sports programs that have collectively won 40 fall NCAA championships, including reigning NCAA women’s soccer champion and preseason no. 1 in the state of Florida. Along with FSU women’s soccer, 21-time women’s soccer championship title North Carolina, three-time women’s college cup winner Notre Dame, nine-time field hockey champion North Carolina and last season’s NCAA volleyball national semifinalists, Louisville and Pitt, a total of 20 games will be scheduled Sunday is this fall. Additional women’s soccer and volleyball games are broadcast on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
TGIF men’s football
Friday nights at ACCN are part of ACC men’s football again this season, highlighting their lineup of 12 Friday night conference games, including four doubles. ACC men’s soccer has seen unprecedented success, with the league having won nine NCAA titles since the turn of the century — the most of any conference and placing the most teams in the NCAA men’s soccer championship each season. The reigning NCAA champion and preseason no. 1 Clemson is scheduled for three regular season appearances with ACCN this fall.

Owned and operated by ESPN in partnership with the Atlantic Coast Conference, ACC Network (ACCN) and its digital platform ACCNX is a 24/7 national network dedicated to the sport of ACC and launched on August 22, 2019. ACCN will broadcast more than 500 regular season and tournament games from the 27 sponsored sports at the conference, as well as a supplement of news and informational broadcasts and original programming. Together, ACCN and its digital platform ACCNX host more than 1,500 ACC events each year.
