Shares of WeBuy Global rose sharply in their trading debut after the e-commerce retailer’s larger initial public offering was priced at the lower end of expectations.
The Singapore company sold 3.8 million shares at $4 each in the IPO, compared with previous plans to offer 3.5 million shares at $4 to $4.50 apiece.

Shares of WeBuy Global rose sharply in their trading debut after the e-commerce retailer’s larger initial public offering was priced at the lower end of expectations.
The Singapore company sold 3.8 million shares at $4 each in the IPO, compared with previous plans to offer 3.5 million shares at $4 to $4.50 apiece.
WeBuy shares changed hands at $7.64 on Thursday, up 91%, after opening at $7.75.
