Waystar Holding Corp. filed for an initial public offering on Monday and plans to list on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “WAY.” The company, whose cloud software helps with healthcare payments, said it plans to use the proceeds to pay down debt and said it hopes to help providers navigate the industry’s complex payments landscape. The IPO filing did not disclose the number of shares being offered nor an expected price range. Waystar, the parent company of Waystar Technologies, announced in August that the company had filed confidentially for a proposed initial public offering. JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Barclays were the underwriters of the offering.
