The primary market is all set to start the new FY25 with just one new initial public offering (IPO), namely Bharti Hexacom's IPO, scheduled to open next week.
In the area of current IPOs, the IPO of Radiowalla and the IPO of TAC Infosec are scheduled to be completed on April 2nd. Meanwhile, IPO bids of Yash Optics & Lens, Jay Kailash Namkeen and K2 Infragen, all from the SME segment, will close on April 3. The IPO of Aluwind Architectural and Creative Graphics Solutions India, also from the SME segment, will be completed on April 4.

“The primary market is expected to remain very busy in 2024, with many motherboard and SMB IPOs open for subscriptions. A total of 57 IPOs were launched in 2023, raising around 1.5 billion euros ₹49,437 cr. The IPO momentum is likely to continue this year with larger deals. Investors are eager to tap the stock market ahead of the general elections. Sentiment towards new-age companies has also improved. Numerous innovative and exciting IPOs are coming up. Given India's strong economic growth, there are still good opportunities from an investment perspective in India. “The factors likely to keep the IPO market stable in 2024 could be increase in domestic capital, improvement in governance, thriving Indian entrepreneurship, favorable government policies supporting foreign direct investment, diligent institutional investors, etc,” said Arvinder Singh Nanda, Senior Vice President, Master Capital Services Ltd.

Bharti Hexacom IPO
The Bharti Hexacom IPO is open for subscription on April 3, 2024 and closes on April 5, 2024. It is a book edition of ₹4,275 crores and is solely an offer for sale of 7.5 crore shares.

The price range is ₹542 to ₹570 per share. SBI Capital Markets Limited, Axis Capital Limited, Bob Capital Markets Limited, ICICI Securities Limited and IIfl Securities Ltd are the underwriters of the IPO of Bharti Hexacom while Kfin Technologies Limited is the registrar for the issue.
Radiowalla IPO
The Radiowalla IPO offer opened for subscription on March 27, 2024 and closes on April 2, 2024. The SME IPO is a book edition of ₹14.25 crores and the issue is a pure fresh issue of shares worth 18.75 lakh
The price range for the SME IPO is ₹72 tons ₹76 per share. Narnolia Financial Services Ltd is the book running lead manager of the Radiowalla IPO while Maashitla Securities Private Limited is the registrar for the issue.
IPO of TAC Infosec
The TAC Infosec IPO offering opened for subscription on March 27, 2024 and closes on April 2, 2024. SME IPO is a book edition of ₹29.99 Crores and is a pure fresh issue of shares worth 28.3 Lakh.

The price range for the IPO of SMEs has been set ₹100 tonnes ₹106 per share. Beeline Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd is the book running lead manager of the IPO of TAC Infosec while Skyline Financial Services Private Ltd is the registrar for the issue. The market maker for TAC Infosec's IPO is Spread X Securities.
Yash Optics & Lens IPO
The IPO offer of Yash Optics & Lens opened for subscription on March 27, 2024 and closes on April 3, 2024. The IPO is a book edition of ₹53.15 crore and is entirely a fresh issue of 65.62 lakh shares.

Jay Kailash Namkeen's IPO offer opened for subscription on March 28, 2024 and closes on April 3, 2024. It is a book edition of ₹11.93 crore and is a pure fresh issue of 16.34 lakh shares.

Creative Graphics Solutions India IPO
