Transvoy Logistics India Limited brings its initial public offering at Rs 511.20 lakhs, the issuance will open on January 20, 2023
NEW DELHI (India), 21st January: Transvoy Logistics India Limited, which is engaged in integrated logistics solutions business, raises its IPO at Rs 511.20 lakhs for 720,000 shares. The par value per share is 10 rupees and the share price per share is 71 rupees. The lot size is 1600 shares. Out of 720,000 shares, 340,800 shares are reserved for the HNI quota, 340,800 shares under the retail quota and 38,400 shares are reserved for the market maker quota. The issue will start on Friday 20 January and end on 24 January 2023. It will then be listed on the BSE SME platform. The lead manager of the offering is Beeline Capital Advisors Private Limited and the registrar of the offering is Link Intime India Private Limited.
The issue proceeds from the issue will be used for the following:
1. To meet working capital requirements
2. Investment in subsidiary to purchase containers
3. General purpose of the company
4. To cover public issue expenses
Established in 2015, Transvoy Logistics India Limited is engaged in integrated logistics solutions business. The company offers services such as NVOCC, freight forwarding, customs clearance, transport processing and advice on MEIS license trading.

Transvoy Logistics India mainly operates in India and is expanding to different parts of the world including Sri Lanka, China, Malaysia, Middle East and Singapore. They maintain the highest quality in service and strive to meet customers’ demands. They mainly provide services to clients in countries namely India, China, Middle East, Sri Lanka, Singapore and Malaysia. The company has a wholly owned subsidiary, Aashirvad Shipping & Allied Private Limited (ASAPL). ASAPL is engaged in the provision of customs clearance services. The company recently established a company in Singapore called Transvoy Logistics PTE. ltd (Transvoy – Singapore), in which the company holds 55% of the shares. It is engaged in the provision of non-shipowner common carrier (NVOCC) services.
The company has seen impressive growth financially. Total revenue in FY22 was Rs.503.02 lakhs compared to Rs.62.21 lakhs in FY2021 and Rs.42.90 lakhs in FY2020. Its profit before tax was Rs.78.77 lakhs in FY2022 compared at Rs.1.45 lakhs in FY2021 and Rs.1.22 lakhs in FY2020.
Mr. Ravindrakumar Kumarchandra Joshi, Mr. Naitik Ravindrakumar Joshi and Ms. Dipti Ravindrabhai Joshi are the promoters of the company. Together they have more than 42 years of experience in the logistics industry.
