Singapore-headquartered Ryde Group filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an IPO on Thursday.
The company’s business consists of its ride-hailing and carpooling app and its Quick Commerce booking service for package delivery. For the year ended December 31, 2022, the company reported revenue of S$8.8 million (US$6.5 million). In the previous year, the company reported sales of S$6.1 million.
Ryde gave neither an expected size for its planned IPO nor an expected price range.
The Company intends to apply for a listing on the NYSE American under the symbol RYDE.
Maxim Group LLC is listed as the underwriter of the offering.
