Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund said Tuesday it is pricing its initial public offering of 5 million shares at $20.67 per share.

The Company's common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on January 24 under the symbol MSDL.

Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund said Tuesday it is pricing its initial public offering of 5 million shares at $20.67 per share.

The Company's common stock is expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on January 24 under the symbol MSDL.

Morgan Stanley Direct Lending Fund said it is a business development company managed externally by MS Capital Partners Adviser.

Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities are listed as the offering's lead joint book-running managers.
