Their product is an industrial capital asset that undergoes rigorous quality testing to meet industry standards before being delivered to its customers. They believe that the proximity of their Nashik plant to the Mumbai-Pune Highway and their ability to manufacture a comprehensive range of plastic components provide us with significant competitive advantages. Due to their ability to produce multiple types of molded products at a single location, they can serve multinational companies of various industries and their smaller business partners who generally require components of different sizes and shapes. They strive to promptly address any concerns of their business partners through comprehensive management engagement.
The manufacturing facility is equipped with new technology machines and is located at D-10A and D-10B, MIDC, Ambad, Nashik -422010, Maharashtra. They are certified by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) according to 16949-2016 and ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and believe in getting better every day.
The specialization and main activity of Master Components is the molding of materials to produce its components. Below is a list of our services such as thermoplastic injection molding, thermoset injection molding, thermoset injection molding and compression molding. All molding is done in our factory on machines with a capacity of 60 to 450 tons and we mold products weighing from 1g to 1500g.
