IPOs Next Week: Rishabh Instruments IPO on Mono Pharmacare IPO; 4 new issues, 6 listings to keep the primary market going

IPOs next week: The primary market saw some big listings in both motherboard and SME IPOs this month, keeping investors busy with subscriptions and listings. Next week August will come to an end and the new month will begin, which is also full of new listings and IPO issues available for subscription.

“The August 19-25 primary market was quite intriguing, with three motherboard listings to boost the total 750 crore … IPO of almost “6,000 crore is expected to open in the next few weeks to keep investors in action,” said Mahavir Lunawat, managing director of mid-tier investment bank Pantomath Capital Advisors Pvt. GmbH

“The robust response from fundamental companies in the primary market shows that retail and HNI investors have shown the maturity to invest in the fundamentally strong companies to capitalize on India’s growth momentum,” added Lunawat.

Let’s take a look at some of the companies that are open for subscription this week, as well as some that are getting listed on exchanges.

Rishabh Instruments IPO:

The initial public offering (IPO) of the energy efficiency solutions provider will open for subscription on Wednesday, August 30. The Rishabh Instruments IPO consists of a new issue with a total value of The 75 crore stake and the Offer for Sale (OFS) add up to 9.43 million shares at the upper price band through the offering.

A price range in the range of has been set 418 to 441 per share with a par value of 10 each. Allocation to anchor investors for the Rishabh Instruments IPO is scheduled for Tuesday 29th August and the issuance closes on Friday 1st September. The Rishabh Instruments IPO is a motherboard IPO with shares listed on the BSE and NSE stock exchanges. The tentative listing date is Monday 11 September.

Mono Pharmacare IPO:

Mono Pharmacare is an IPO for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that will open for subscription on Monday, August 28th. The Mono Pharmacare IPO consists of a total of 53,00,000 new shares issued 14.84 crores. There is no OFS (Offer for Sale) component.

A price range in the range of has been set 26 to 28 per share with a par value of 10 each. According to the Red Herring prospectus (RHP), the IPO cap price must be at least 105 percent of the reserve price. Mono Pharmacare’s IPO closes on Wednesday, August 30th.

The basis for allotment of the shares will be determined on Monday September 4th. Mono Pharmacare shares are expected to list on the NSE SME on Thursday 7th September.

IPO of CPS Shapers:

CPS Shapers is a SME IPO that will open for subscription on Tuesday, August 29th. The textile company is planning a capital increase 11.10 crore via the public offering, which is an entirely new expense. It is a fixed price edition with an offer price of 185 per share.

The IPO of CPS Shapers will close on Thursday, August 31st. The basis for allotment of shares will be finalized on Tuesday, September 5th. CPS Shapers shares are expected to list on the NSE SME on Friday 8th September.

Basilic Fly Studio IPO:

Basilic Fly Studio is a SME IPO that will open for subscription on Friday, September 1st. The public offering of 68.4 lakh shares, representing 29.43 percent of post-issuance paid-up equity, includes a new issuance of 62.4 lakh shares by corporations and an offer for sale of six lakh shares by promoters.

The Chennai-based visual effects studio will announce the IPO’s price range and issue size in the coming days. Basilic Fly Studio’s IPO will close on Tuesday, September 5th and the allotment basis will be finalized on Friday, September 8th. Basilic Fly Studio shares will list on the NSE SME on Wednesday September 13th.

New entries:

Pyramid Technoplast: The polymer manufacturer’s shares will be listed on the BSE and NSE stock exchanges on Wednesday 30 August. Refunds will be initiated on Monday 28th August and shares will be credited to Demat accounts on Tuesday 29th August.

Shoora Designs: Shares in the SME IPO will be listed on the BSE SME on Tuesday 29th August.

Aeroflex Industries: Shares in the Ashish Kacholia-backed company will be listed on the BSE and NSE stock exchanges on Thursday 31st August 2023. The allocation of the IPO shares will take place on Tuesday, August 29th. Share refund will be on Wednesday 30th August Demat accounts will be credited on Thursday 31st August.

Plant Life Sciences: Shares in the SME IPO will be listed on the NSE SME on Wednesday 30th August. Refunds will be initiated on Monday 28th August and shares will be credited to Demat accounts on Tuesday 29th August.

Bondada Engineering: Shares in the SME IPO will be listed on the BSE SME on Wednesday 30th August. Refunds will be initiated on Monday 28th August and shares will be credited to Demat accounts on Tuesday 29th August.

Hungarian energies: Shares in the SME IPO will be listed on the NSE SME on Thursday 31st August. The allocation of the IPO shares will take place on Monday, August 28th. Refunds will be initiated on Tuesday, August 29th and shares will be credited to Demat accounts on Wednesday, August 30th.

In addition, the ongoing IPO of major infrastructure project Vishnu Prakash R Punglia will close on Monday, August 28 and the IPO of SME IPO Sahaj Fashions will close on Tuesday, August 29.
