The NFL offseason got off to a crazy start, with several key players changing teams and some prospects getting even richer ahead of the 2024 NFL Draft.
This week I broke down the biggest winners and losers in the Super Bowl odds, but those aren't the only futures altered by changes this offseason. Some of the biggest – and most meaningful – changes have come in divisional odds, and it's a good way for bettors and NFL fans to see how teams are really viewed at this point in the offseason.

Let's take a look at some of the biggest offseason changes and how they changed the futures market:
Cousins is the biggest domino to be moved this offseason, as the quarterback was one of the most consistent players in the NFL, scoring at least 25 points in eight straight seasons before tearing his Achilles tendon last season.
Atlanta is immediately viewed as a threat in the NFC in the latest odds – here's how:
Falcons Super Bowl Odds
After signing Cousins, the Falcons rose to +3000 and won the Super Bowl at FanDuel Sportsbook. The team is just +2500 at DraftKings Sportsbook, the same as the Houston Texans and New York Jets.
Falcons NFC South odds
This is where the real step was taken. Atlanta now has a -130 lead to win the NFC South — the odds-on favorite — even though the team had more money to win the division before the addition of Cousins.
Tampa Bay won the NFC South last season with a 9-8 record, so Cousins and the Falcons could easily capture that division in 2024.
Vikings Super Bowl odds
The other part of this signing was the decline in the Minnesota Vikings' Super Bowl ratings.
It appears that oddsmakers expected Cousins to return to Minnesota in free agency, as the team's Super Bowl winning odds have dropped from +4,500 to +7,500. Even though the Vikings added Sam Darnold, they are still behind many other teams in the NFC at quarterback.
The Carolina Panthers decided Monday to move on from star pass rusher Brian Burns, who earned a pair of draft picks from the New York Giants.
The move hurts Carolina's defense, which also lost Donte Jackson, Frankie Luvu and Jeremy Chinn this offseason, but has it changed the Giants' chances?
Giants Super Bowl odds
New York lost Saquon Barkley this offseason, a move we'll get to later, but the Giants' Super Bowl odds increased from +15,000 to +10,000 on FanDuel following their offseason moves – led by Burns.
Panthers Super Bowl Odds
Carolina was already in last place in Super Bowl odds, but the team went from +25,000 to +30,000 with the departure of several key defensemen.
I said we'd mention Barkley because he signed with the division rival Philadelphia Eagles this offseason and replaced D'Andre Swift (signed with Chicago) in the backcourt.
Eagles Super Bowl odds
The Eagles' Super Bowl odds rose slightly from +1700 to +1600, and the team made more moves than just Barkley. Philly also beefed up the defense, adding safety Chauncey Gardner-Johnson and pass rusher Bryce Huff.
Eagles NFC East odds
With Philly making moves and the Dallas Cowboys standing by – and losing Tony Pollard – Philly is now the favorite to win the NFC East in 2024.
The Pittsburgh Steelers made a low-risk but high-reward move by signing Russell Wilson to a one-year deal after he was released by the Denver Broncos.
Steelers Super Bowl odds
Wilson isn't moving after his struggles over the past two seasons in Denver. He'll compete with Kenny Pickett for the starting job in Pittsburgh, but the Steelers are still +7500 to win the Super Bowl.
The Baltimore Ravens poached several defensive players, but they added a star running back in Derrick Henry on a two-year deal.
Ravens Super Bowl Odds
Baltimore is one of three teams with a Super Bowl odds of less than +1000. At _900, Baltimore trails only Kansas City and San Francisco.
Henry and Lamar Jackson in the same backfield should be a nightmare for opposing defenses.
Kansas City retained some of its elite defense for the long haul, signing Chris Jones to a five-year contract. The franchise also signed cornerback L'Jarius Sneed, who may remain with the team.
Chiefs Super Bowl odds
Kansas City entered the offseason second in the Super Bowl odds and rose to +650 after Jones' return. The Chiefs will be one of the favorites despite Patrick Mahomes, but let's not forget that they had the second-best defense in the NFL in 2023.
The Las Vegas Raiders will have a quarterback competition this offseason as the team added veteran Garnder Minshew in free agency, poaching him from the Indianapolis Colts.
Raiders Super Bowl Odds
There was no movement in the Raiders' Super Bowl odds after this move.
Oddsmakers aren't buying Minshew's move – likely because he'll be competing with Aidan O'Connell for the starting spot in Las Vegas.
Still, it's worth noting how close the Colts were to a playoff spot last season, with Minshew leading the way for most of the season.
The Green Bay Packers ended the Aaron Jones era (he signed with Minnesota after his release) and brought in former Las Vegas running back Josh Jacobs in free agency this offseason.
Packers Super Bowl odds
While DraftKings put the Packers at +1800 to win the Super Bowl, ahead of the Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, Atlanta Falcons and Houston Texans, FanDuel didn't change the team's odds.
Time will tell if Jacobs represents a real improvement over the AJ Dillon-Aaron Jones duo.
