According to the company, Krystal Integrated Services is one of India's leading providers of integrated facilities management services with a focus on public administration (state, local and other government agencies), healthcare, education, airports, rail and metro. infrastructure and retailer Red Herring Prospectus (RHP), which cited the F&S report.

As of March 31, 2023, the Company was among the few in India to offer a wide range of integrated facility management services across many verticals, with a large customer base, broad geographical reach and the ability to serve almost all end-user groups.

According to the BSE, the IPO of Krystal Integrated Services received offers for 10,79,240 shares against 29,99,448 shares offered.

The retail portion received bids for 29,99,448 shares as against 15,13,236 shares offered for this segment.

The NIIs unit received offers for 2,80,320 shares against 6,48,530 shares offered for this segment.

The QIB unit has received 2,79,720 shares against 8,37,682 shares offered for this segment.

Krystal Integrated Services IPO details

The IPO consists of a new issue of 175 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) from Krystal Family Holdings Private Limited, the selling shareholder, of up to 1,750,000 shares of face value 10 each.

The net proceeds of the new issue will be used by the company for the following reasons: meeting working capital requirements, financing capital expenditure for acquisition of new machinery and general corporate purposes. full or partial repayment or repayment of certain loans taken out by the company.

Inga Ventures Pvt Ltd is the book-running lead manager of the IPO while Link Intime India Private Ltd is the registrar of the issue.

Krystal Integrated Services IPO GMP today

Krystal Integrated IPO GMP is at +37 today. This suggests that Krystal Integrated Services' share price was trading at a premium of 37 on the gray market, according to investorgain.com.

The expected listing price of the Krystal Integrated Services shares was included 752 per piece, which is 5.17% higher than the IPO price of 715, taking into account the upper end of the IPO price range and the existing premium in the gray market.
