China's finance and trade ministers as well as the heads of the People's Bank of China, the National Development and Reform Commission and the China Securities Regulatory Commission met the press on Wednesday during the annual “two sessions” in Beijing.

Li announced on Tuesday that China would set an annual gross domestic product Growth target of around 5 percent for 2024, But questions remain over how Beijing will address the problems facing the world's second-largest economy, including the housing crisis and local governments' debt problems.
