Hong Kong-based financial services provider Vittoria Ltd. filed for an IPO with the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Wednesday.

Vittoria’s filing did not specify how many shares the company intends to sell or how much it expects to earn from the offering.

The company said it plans to use the proceeds from the IPO to expand and strengthen its underwriting and placement services, develop its wealth management business and strengthen its corporate finance advisory business.

Vittoria said Victory Amaze, its largest shareholder, will still own more than a majority of its voting rights after the IPO.

The company said it has applied to list its shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol VITT.
