Elate Group is applying to go public at a higher price, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The New York-based moving and storage company said Monday it is offering 1.25 million units at a listing price of $4.25 each.
In December, the company announced it would offer the 1.25 million units at a price of $4.13 each.
The Company lists its Class A common stock and warrants on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbols ELGP, ELGPW and ELGPZ.
In 2022, the company had revenue of $4.8 million, down from $5 million the previous year.
Elate Group expects to raise approximately $4.2 million through the IPO and intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes and other expansion plans for its current service businesses.
