The US IPO market is set for another $1 billion week as BrightSpring and CG Oncology surge

The U.S. stock market is set for another busy week, with transactions worth at least $1 billion expected, led by healthcare provider BrightSpring Health Services Inc. The company plans to raise up to $959.4 million through the offering of 53.3 million shares at a price of $15 to $18 apiece. This would give the company a value of $3.1 billion. The Louisville, Kentucky-based company is backed by KKR & Co. Inc. Immunotherapy company CG Oncology is also expected to hit the market this week in a deal that could raise up to $212 million at a valuation of about $970 million. CG Oncology is an advanced clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing bladder cancer drugs, including its product candidate Cretostimogen. According to Reuters, more successful companies could also be poised to enter the market, with social media platform Reddit reportedly planning an IPO in March. The San Francisco company is valued at about $10 billion, the report said, citing people familiar with the deal. At least two more companies are setting terms for their initial public offerings early Monday. Arrivalnt BioPharma Inc. plans to offer 8.3 million shares at a price of $17 to $19 apiece, and Finnish Sports plans to offer 100 million shares at a price of $16 to $18 apiece.
