Sula Vineyards IPO Allotment Status online: The initial public offering (IPO) of India’s leading wine producer and seller Sula Vineyards was Subscribed 2.33 times on the 1.88 crore shares offered during the December 12-14, 2022 subscription period. The price range has been set at Rs 340-357 per share.
The Rs 960 crore Sula Vineyards IPO is entirely an Offer to Sell (OFS) and the Company will not receive any proceeds from the offering.
Investors now look forward to the stock grant date of Sula Vineyards’ initial public offering. The Company expects to complete the allocation by Monday, December 19, 2022 in accordance with the timeline outlined in the Red Herring Prospectus (RHP). After that, applicants need to select SULA VINEYARDS LIMITED in the drop down menu and select and enter either their application number or DPID/Customer ID or PAN, enter the Captcha code (displayed in digits) and click Submit to see their allocation status.

In addition to the registrar’s website, applicants can also check the status of their allocation on the BSE’s website (click here: https://www.bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx). Here they need to select Equity in Issue Type, then select SULA VINEYARDS LIMITED from the drop-down list in the Issue Name section, enter their Application Number and PAN Number in the appropriate fields, and then click Search to view their status.
The listing of Sula Vineyards shares is expected to take place on Thursday 22 December 2022on both the NSE and the BSE.
