Brera Holdings PLC announced on Friday that the price for its proposed initial public offering of 1.5 million Class B shares would range from $5 to $6 per share.
The company previously said it expected its IPO to cost $5 per share and applied to list its Class B shares on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol BREA.
Brera said it is an Irish holding company and intends to develop a global portfolio of emerging football or soccer clubs. “We are focused on bottom-up value creation through sports clubs and talent outside of mainstream markets, on innovation-driven business growth and social impact outcomes.”
Brera said it chose the $5 per share price point “as an estimated actual selling price for our shares given recent market volatility for purposes of calculating estimated use of proceeds, estimated dilution and other considerations in this prospectus.”
