Arm Holdings (ARM), the UK chip design unit owned by SoftBank (OTCPK:SFTBY), is expected to ask investors $47 to $51 per share in its forthcoming IPO.
Arm (ARM) would estimate the price range to be between $50 billion and $54 billion billion, according to a Reuters report on Saturday, citing people familiar with the matter. Depending on demand, Softbank could decide to increase supply before the IPO.
Softbank’s required valuation for Arm (ARM) would be below the $64 billion valuation at which Softbank last month acquired the 25 percent stake in the company it didn’t already own.
Arm (ARM) filed for its initial public offering last month. Arm, which announced it will operate under the ARM symbol, had revenue of $2.68 billion in fiscal 2023, compared to $2.7 billion in fiscal 2022.
