Argonaut Resources NL – IPO of Orpheus Minerals Ltd, closing date extended to December 9, 2022

Argonaut Resources NL (Argonaut) (ASX:ARE) refers to the initial public offering of fully paid ordinary shares currently being conducted by Orpheus Minerals Ltd (Orpheus IPO or Offering) pursuant to a prospectus dated 17 October 2022 (Orpheus Prospectus). Capitalized terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meaning ascribed to them in the Orpheus prospectus.

To participate in the Argonaut Priority Offer

To participate in the Argonaut Priority Offer, Eligible Argonaut Shareholders should:

2. Enter your unique Priority Offer Code. If you have not received a Priority Offer Code, please contact the Orpheus Offer Information Line – see below for details.

3. Download and read carefully a copy of the prospectus and online application form which contain BPAY payment details.

4. Make payment before the Argonaut Priority Offer closing date on Friday 9th December 2022.

If payment is made via BPAY, you do not need to return a paper copy of the application form.

General Public Offering

Australian resident Argonaut shareholders may also apply for Orpheus Shares via the general public offering (regardless of whether they are “Eligible Argonaut Shareholders” for the purposes of the Argonaut Priority Offering. Details are available on the offering website.
