BEIJING, Oct 16 (Reuters) – China will steadfastly support the private sector and let the market play the crucial role in resource allocation, President Xi Jinping said in a speech at the opening of the five-year congress of the Communist Party in Beijing on Sunday Beijing.
China will strive for high-quality economic growth and the next five years will be crucial in building a modern socialist power, Xi said.
