The results in “Digital Economy Payments: The Pitfalls Of Payment Diversification” were derived from a survey of 2,789 US consumers and showed a direct correlation between the number of payment methods they use and the problems they encounter when using them.
In the July report
- 16%: Percentage of Gen Z who have used Apple Pay to purchase travel services
- 66%: Percentage of Baby Boomers who have used credit cards when purchasing travel services
- 12%: Percentage of US consumers who experienced a non-payment in June, up 2% from May
