CELEBS are used to private planes and five-star hotels, but for some stars, the only way to unwind is with a good old-fashioned caravan holiday.
From Wimbledon stars to acting kings, these celebrities love nothing more than standing in their vans.

Former Wimbledon star Annabel Croft and her husband Mel Coleman recently converted a white Moorstandard van into their dream holiday home.
The couple spent three months and £12,000 converting the Mercedes Sprinter they bought for £13,500.
Since the refurbishment, Annabel and her husband have explored the great expanses of Britain, including the Isle of Wight, Snowdonia, Suffolk and Norfolk.
She said: “I love to run and just not being attached to anything and going out and about to visit the area – it’s so liberating.
“We try to do two activities a day when we’re away, so maybe we’ll go for a walk in the morning and then visit a castle or country house in the afternoon, followed by a drink in the pub.”
The two of them have many more caravan holidays planned for next year.

British actress Helen rose to fame as Emily in the TV shows Cold Feet, Friends and more recently as Lorna in Cuckoo.
Despite her Hollywood career, Helen hasn’t revealed her British coastal routes.
According to the Telegraph, Helen’s perfect vacation is a trip in an RV.
She said: “I stay in so many hotels when I work that I never stay in them on holiday: they make me feel like I’m locked in.
“I prefer camping or a trailer – a motor home and the open road.
“I just love the feeling of ‘We’re gone!’ When I was young I had a lot of caravanning holidays with my parents and have very happy memories and it’s me trying to replicate that.”

In 2000, Jamie Oliver bought a 1959 split-screen, 23-window Samba after undergoing a full restoration that included an upgrade to the van’s sound system for £8,500.

While the TV chef reportedly sold the van in 2017, Jamie and his wife Jools have enjoyed many family vacations in their RVs.
Across the pond, Hollywood actor Matthew McConaughey likes to use his RV to take time out and relax in Malibu, while Dame Helen Mirren loves hitting the road in her RV.
