Many couples have their own “hall pass” in their relationship that dictates meeting their celebrity crush, which serves as an excuse to have a one-night stand with them. In comedy The listA young woman tries to track celebrities when she discovers her fiancé has completed his Hall Pass list.
The main roles are played by Halston Sage (paper towns, Before I fall), Christian Navarro (13 reasons why, vinyl) and Chrissie Fit (Pitch Perfect 2, Teen Beach Movie). Directed by Melissa Miller Constanzo from a screenplay by Rob Lederer and Steve Vitolo.
Here’s the official full synopsis:
Abby (Sage) is about to get married and everything is perfect. Until she finds out her fiancé has slept with a celebrity from his “free tickets” list. To take her mind off things, Abby and her best friend Chloe have a crazy idea: Abby should pursue a celebrity from their own list, which includes badass action movie star Mac West, sexiest man alive Cooper Grant and the multi-platinum star include Grammy-winning rapper Avon. In LA, her friend Sam, a Hollywood talent agent and Chloe’s ex, calls in all of her favors to help Abby get in the same room as her celebrity crushes. But it’s up to Abby to get her attention. Just as she begins to pursue her ultimate dream in La La Land, things get complicated when Abby meets Jake (Navarro), a local waiter with big dreams who opens up a new perspective for her.
The list will be available on Blu-ray, DVD and digital on August 22nd.
