Taylor Swift Eras Tour Australia: All the celebrities spotted at the Eras Tour in Sydney and Melbourne including G Flip, Missy Higgins and Carrie Bickmore, Natalie Bassingthwaighte and more
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese was seen scuttling a move at Taylor Swift's first Eras tour concert.
A fan caught him on camera dancing to “Shake It Off” with his fiancée Jodie Haydon high in the stands.
He spoke about his love for the song on the Today Show this morning.
“Shake It Off is a great message for young girls and young women. It’s about empowering women,” he commented.
“Taylor Swift was great and was good for the economy here in Melbourne. With the sold out shows at the MCG with 96,000 people and also in Sydney where of course she still has a few nights left,” he added.
While her experience with breakup songs might not make her eligible for a spot on Albanese's upcoming wedding song playlist, Albanese admitted, “She's a great songwriter. I think she’s a great lyricist.”
“I think she belongs in the genre of Joni Mitchell and people who came before her, writing in a way that people can really relate to.”
