A a little over half a year ago, Colombian Sofia Vergara turned 50 and showed off her enviable figure.
Now, the actress and model once again showed her great form by spending the first days of this 2023 on the beautiful beaches of the Caribbean, leaving more than one person open-mouthed after posting several photos to her Instagram account.
The Modern Family star wore a gorgeous, form-fitting white bikini that looked even better thanks to the Colombian’s half-century-old beauty.

Sofia’s diet for a great figure
In previous posts, Vergara has released the diet that keeps her in great shape.
She posted that her diet is based on lean proteins like chicken and fish and that she avoids carbs like pizza.
Sofia admitted to having a weakness for cakes and other desserts.

Additionally, Sofia has a gym at home, which she uses very disciplined.
Vergara uses the treadmill and stairclimber daily, in addition to constantly lifting weights.
What is Sofia Vergara’s illness?
Last year, the Colombian admitted to suffering from an underactive thyroid and said she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer at the age of 28 after doctors discovered a ball in her throat during a routine exam.
“At 28, cancer wasn’t a word I expected to hear,” she admitted.
“It was just a routine check-up, but the doctors found a lump in my throat and that word became part of my story.
“I spent countless hours undergoing radiation treatments and eventually surgery.
“Today I can call myself a cancer survivor.
“I had my first acting class after diagnosis and treatment, and seeing the scar on my neck reminds me how blessed I felt that day and every day since.”
